Our NAMI ceremonial matcha offers a bright umami flavour with low bitterness. It’s well-balanced in taste, aroma, and colour—perfect for both traditional preparation and matcha lattes or sweets. Suggested use: For a 390ml matcha latte, use 2–3g of matcha with 40–50g of hot water (60–80°C).
